Our general delivery time frame is 5-7 business days for products in stock. You will receive your order within this time frame. You will be notified through a text message as soon as we ship your order from our end along with all the tracking details!

Many of our products are made on order, where we can take up to 15-20 business days for delivery. Please check with our team before making a purchase.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

• What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
  
  
  We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91 9662807800  or write to us at officialaavaran@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
  
  
• My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
  
  
  For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
  You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  
  We take 5-7 working days to ship international orders from our end.
  
  
• CUSTOMS & DUTIES
  
  
  The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.
  
  
  
  

CANCELLATION BY THE AAvaran

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by AAvaran and accept AAvaran’s decision regarding the cancellation.

COURIER

• Domestic delivery takes 5-7 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
  
• Orders are mailed out within 48 hours upon payment verification excluding weekends & public holidays.
  
• Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
  
• The customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  
• If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.
  
• As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with the name of the courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can help them with the exact status of order along with its location.
  

MAILING HOURS

Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).

Exchange & Return Policy

• Eligibility: You can exchange for size or replace your outfit within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be marked as eligible for the same.
  
• Reverse Pickup: We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address, Reverse Shipping fee of Rs 250 has to be paid by Customer.
• Not Eligible: Products on sale are not eligible for return or store credit. Products purchased using a credit voucher are not eligible for exchange or return.
  
• Product Availability: In case the size requested/product requested is out of stock, a credit voucher will be issued, valid for 30 days.
  

Exchange & Return Process

• Request: Contact us via email at store@aavaran.co.in or phone/WhatsApp at +91-9662807800 to start the process.
  
• Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.
  
• Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging.
  
• Condition: Ensure items are in their original condition, with labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  
• Processing: Once we receive and verify the item, we'll process your exchange or return within 7 days.
  

Refund Policy

• Store Credit: Returns which are accepted can be claimed as store credit minus the shipping charges (to & from), which is valid for 30 days.
  
• Fee: The exchanges will incur a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 250.
• Exclusions: Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned for their cash value.
  Sale or Discount Policy
  
• Size Exchanges Only: Discounted items are eligible for size exchange for a fee of Rs 300 provided the size is available.
• No Returns: We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes.
  

Missing or Damaged Items

• Report: If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
  
• Proof: Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
  
• Resolution: Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.
  

Cancellation Policy

• Timing: You can cancel your order within 12 hours for a store credit.
  
• After 12 Hours: We are unable to process cancellations after this time.
  
• Prepaid Orders are not eligible for cancellation.
  

All Ordinaree & Urbanstree orders are only eligible for size exchange.

All Lehenga's and Sarees are not eligible for return or exchange. It is made to order basis only.

International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
